Terms & Conditions for Readings with Adrian

While these disclaimers are necessary and important, please know that they are written in the spirit of our hope that you will find our website and our services highly informative and of true benefit in your own journey toward greater health, happiness, and well-being. Your use of, and/or access to, the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.    

The Terms and Conditions are applicable to any service(s) listed on the website and apply to all visitors and users of My Inner Journey website (www.myinnerjourney.com.au). My Inner Journey and Soul Journey with Ella reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should periodically refer to this document and the Website. 

Booking a service with My Inner Journey,  is your acknowledgment and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS 

By using My Inner Journey's service(s) you agree that you have read, agree, and acknowledge the below terms and conditions.

1. You are 18 years of age or older. 
2. You are not from a country, state, or province, which may prohibit esoteric content, reports, information, and access to online consultations.
3. Clients' privacy is respected and all services are confidential. 
4. You acknowledge that all online, Google Meet, Zoom or telephone transactions are non-refundable. 
5. If you advise your practitioner you are not satisfied with your in-person reading within 10 minutes of the reading commencing, the reading will cease and no fee charged. But, if the reading has been completed the fee is payable. 
6. Your booking will be confirmed by email and an appointment reminder sent. It is your responsibility to ensure your details are accurate. If there is an error please advise as soon as possible. 
7. Intentionally entering a fake email address, false phone details (including 1300 numbers) or other information deemed a misrepresentation into this site is considered fraud. This is not tolerated and appointments will be cancelled without consolation. 
8. Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours, whether the appointment be in-person or online, will result in your deposit being retained (non-refundable) by My Inner Journey.  If you request to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice from your session appointment time, we will try to reschedule your appointment.   
9. When cancelling your booking with more than 24 hours notice from your session appointment time, automatic rescheduling is not guaranteed.  
10. You must be on time for your scheduled appointment. Your reading time starts at the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment for any reason the reading time will be impacted. Meaning the reading ends at the scheduled time and your reading will be shorter than expected due to your delay, so as not to impact appointments after yours.  
11. You acknowledge that carpooling to your reading may impact the reading. When you travel together for a reading Spirit treats everyone like family. Families in Spirit can combine to help each other relay messages. If you don't know the other families in Spirit (in detail) it can make your reading confusing. Therefore, for a more concise reading, carpooling is not recommended. 
12. One person is allowed in the private reading room during the reading session. If someone accompanies you to the reading, they will be required to wait outside. 
13. Someone sitting off-camera during an Online reading (e.g. via Zoom or Google Meet) may impact the reading as their loved ones may come through. Be mindful of this and it is suggested you participate in an Online reading alone. 
14. Appointments cannot be transferred to another individual.  
15. An appointment must be made by the individual themselves having theservice, not a 3rd party as the client must agree to the terms and conditions. 
16. Readings are for individuals only. They do not include groups of 2 or more people, parties, or shows. 
17. My Inner Journey respects the free will of all individuals and will not offer to influence another against their will, such as promising to remove someone from a client's life or to bring a person to love them. 
18. My Inner Journey does not provide services to remove curses or any effects of other maleficent magic.  
19. Reading services are not fortune-telling. A client is responsible for the future they co-create with Spirit. 
20. My Inner Journey cannot guarantee that all questions will be covered in a reading, however, will always strive to provide messages and guidance in the client’s highest good.
21. With prior consent, the recording of readings is permitted by the client. My Inner Journey may record a reading for insurance purposes only, however, will not provide a copy of the reading to clients. 
22. If it is deemed that questions or interaction to be inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or impeding on another person’s privacy in any way, your reading may be terminated by My Inner Journey, as well as access to the website, social media, and other services offered by Soul Journey with Ella or by My Inner Journey. 
23. My Inner Journey is an Australian registered business and  therefore governed by Australian laws. Your service will be terminated if  you attend the appointment under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. In this case, your payment and/or deposit will not be refundable.  
24. By law, you are advised services provided by My Inner Journey and Soul Journey with Ella, including all readings, are for entertainment purposes only and general in nature. Readings may make reference to legal, financial, and medical issues but this does not replace the need for professional advice. You  MUST seek the services of medical, legal, financial, law  enforcement, or mental health professionals at all times.  
25. Clients who have a psychological disorder or illness must seek professional medical advice prior to undertaking services by My Inner Journey or Soul Journey with Ella. No assumption of responsibility is made or taken through the provision of services by My Inner Journey and/or Soul Journey with Ella. 
26. By engaging in services by My Inner Journey and/or Soul Journey with Ella you acknowledge your personal responsibility and liability for any choices you make as a result of these services. My Inner Journey and Soul Journey with Ella do not assume any responsibility or liability for the choices either directly or indirectly, you make as a consequence of services provided by My Inner Journey and/or Soul Journey with Ella.       
27. You agree, before making any life-changing decisions to seek the advice services of a professional that is qualified and specializes in the area of your concern. Adrian, Ella, nor any practitioner of My Inner Journey, are not qualified in counselling, medical profession, lawyer, or financial advising. 
28. You acknowledge and accept that the original content is the property of My Inner Journey and Soul Journey With Ella and protected by copyright. You understand that using this content without My Inner Journey and Soul Journey with Ella’s permission is a breach of Australian copyright law and you may be prosecuted.

For legal reasons you are advised that readings are for entertainment purposes only. My Inner Journey and Soul Journey with Ella's services are not a substitute for professional services and it is advised that you should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.

This responsibility falls with the client to disclose at the beginning of the appointment or program. Adrian does not diagnose or prescribe. No assumption of responsibility is made or taken through the provision of services by My Inner Journey and Soul Journey with Ella.

​All information supplied by the client is confidential. Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client or the client’s personal details without the permission of the client, unless Adrian deems the client to be in a life-threatening situation, in which case My Inner Journey and/or Soul Journey with Ella has a duty to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities. Adrian is a certified Psychic by the Psychic Mediumship College Australia. However, your session should be undertaken with an open and positive outlook with no expectations of an outcome. My Inner Journey and Soul Journey with Ella take no responsibility for your destiny, this resides within you.

COVID Release 

Although COVID Stay Safe measures are taken to prevent the spread of COVID you are aware that you could be exposed to COVID when attending your in-person session.  By attending an in-person session, class, or reading you assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive Soul Journey with Ella and My Inner Journey of any claims of personal injury or death relating to COVID infection or associated illnesses.

​​Limitations of Liability 

​The Website, My Inner Journey, and Soul Journey with Ella will not, in any case, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for use of this site or any other hyperlinked websites including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present. You are solely liable for the use of this website.

Although this website (www.myinnerjourney.com.au) employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and online transaction security, we will not be responsible for any damages, or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Non-Disparagement 

You agree not to publish, communicate or make to any person or entity, in any media or a public forum, including on any social media sites, any comments or statement (verbal or written), that intentionally or unintentionally would, or is reasonably likely to, disparage, create a negative impression of, or is detrimental to Soul Journey with Ella, My Inner Journey, services, customers or other associated third parties.  

You agree not to breach the Privacy Act 1988 in relation to Adrian or any affiliate of Soul Journey with Ella and My Inner Journey. You agree not to make false or misleading statements to financial advantage you or disadvantage Soul Journey with Ella or My Inner Journey, refer to Criminal Act 1900, Section 192E.

Jurisdiction 

The laws of Australia will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You therefore hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any litigation arising out of or relating to the use of or service engaged through Soul Journey with Ella or My Inner Journey website or person (and agrees not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts), waives any objection to the laying of the venue of any such litigation in the Australian Courts and agrees not to plead or claim in any Australian court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum. The law of the Australian Government shall apply to this Website, My Inner Journey, Soul Journey with Ella and Adrian, the person.
