While these disclaimers are necessary and important, please know that they are written in the spirit of our hope that you will find our website and our services highly informative and of true benefit in your own journey toward greater health, happiness, and well-being. Your use of, and/or access to, the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.    

The Terms and Conditions are applicable to any service listed on the website and apply to all visitors and users of this website created by My Inner Journey. Owners of My Inner Journey reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should periodically refer to this document and the website.    

Booking a service with My Inner Journey, you agree that you have read, agree and acknowledge the below Terms and Conditions.

1. The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only. It does not offer financial or medical advice. Viewers should make their own independent enquiries and judgments before acting on any information it contains.  

2. You are 18 years old or above.  

3. The website and its owners are not entering a professional relationship with the viewer. Nor should the information provided be used as a substitute for needed care/treatment from a licensed health or mental health professional. 

4. We do not attempt to diagnose, treat, or cure illness or disease. Energy modalities are considered experimental by most members of the medical profession. Testimonials and explanations on this website do not constitute guarantees, warranties, or predictions.  

5. The services and the information given by the owners/practitioners of My Inner Journey intend to inform the viewer of available resources. The owners/practitioners of My Inner Journey hold no liability based on the viewer's uses of these resources.  

6. Clients’ privacy is respected and as such all personal information is confidential. The QHHT session involves only the individual client and the practitioner.  

7. The client gives the QHHT practitioner consent to use my case history and results (without using my name) on the website or other platforms for educational purposes. During a QHHT session, a client may go to a past life, past memory in their current lifetime, or another dimension. Each client has their own unique QHHT experience. What a client experiences is based on what their Higher Self deems relevant at this point in their current life journey, and is not dictated by the QHHT practitioner. 

8. Any exploration of one's past or current difficulties may evoke disquieting memories or emotions. While these may be markers on the path of personal evolution, the individual undertaking such exploration assumes any and all associated risks and its effects. In exchange for receiving services for myself, I waive, release, discharge and hold my QHHT practitioner harmless from any and all liability for any and all injuries, including damages or claims relating to or resulting from my receipt of the services, now or in the future, foreseen or unforeseen. 

9. Although the hands-on energy modalities and services presented on this website are widely viewed as non-invasive and benign interventions into the body's energy system, any procedure that frees energies that have been blocked may cause mild reactions, such as nausea, headaches, or temporary pains as the energies begin to move and reset themselves. While such reactions should be noted and common-sense assessments made, they often indicate that the procedure is rebalancing the body’s energies and benefits may persist after the discomfort has passed. It is also possible that if a condition, such as a cold or the flu, was incubating, so it might appear that a cause-effect relationship was involved when it was actually a matter of coincidence.

10. If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my QHHT practitioner. I will not hold my practitioner responsible for any pain, discomfort or any other effects I experience before, during or after the session.  

11. I affirm that I have notified my QHHT practitioner of all known medical conditions and injuries. I agree to inform the practitioner of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should I forget to do so. 

12. The client understands that participation is voluntary and that they may choose to end their participation at any time. The service fees are non-refundable if cancelling within 72 hours prior to the date of their session. The deposit is non-refundable at any time. The client may reschedule their session appointment date if given at least 72 hours notice from their original session date. The deposit and service fee will be transferred to the new session date. A client can reschedule their session up to 2 times in consideration of other clients wanting available dates.  

13. A client will initially have a phone consultation with a QHHT practitioner following their enquiry. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required within 48 hours of the phone consultation to secure the QHHT session date and time. The remaining balance can be paid any time up to 72 hours prior to their session date. If the client does not attend their scheduled QHHT session, the total fee is non-refundable.

14. Your booking will be confirmed by email and an appointment reminder sent. It is your responsibility to ensure your details are accurate. If there is any error please let us know.  

15. The QHHT session will be terminated if you attend the appointment under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. In this case your payment and deposit will not be refunded.  

16. With the client’s consent, audio recording of part of the QHHT session is provided for the client only. This is for their own personal use so they may listen back to their session to reinforce messages. The client cannot share the recording on social media or any other platforms without the permission of the QHHT practitioner. The practitioner may keep a copy of the recording for educational purposes, but will not share the recording to third parties without the client’s permission.  

17. An individual’s session may be terminated, access to website, social media and any other services offered by My Inner Journey to be denied, if questions or interaction are deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, abusive or impeding on another person’s privacy in anyway.  A client's session may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the QHHT practitioner if the practitioner feels it is appropriate to do so.

18. During a session, messages and guidance being said may give reference to legal, financial, and medical issues, but this does not replace the need for professional advice. What you decide to do with the information that is given, including any actions you take, is your own personal responsibility and choice. Information given during services by My Inner Journey and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement. Practitioners/owners of My Inner Journey are not qualified in counselling, a medical field, legal matters or in financial services. You must seek the services of medical, legal, financial, law enforcement or mental health professionals at all times.  

19. The viewer of this website and the clients undertaking the services/sessions provided by My Inner Journey accept all risks associated with this service/modality/therapy. They agree to hold harmless and non-liable for any information or service this website provides. They do not hold responsible or accountable its owners, practitioners, board members, employees, agents, and/or volunteers for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, negligence, death and/or injury that may occur out of the use of this website, service, advice, information or events.  

20. Clients who have a psychological disorder or illness must seek professional medical advice prior to undertaking any services by My Inner Journey. This responsibility falls with the client to disclose before a QHHT session is booked and at the beginning of the appointment. Practitioners/owners of My Inner Journey do not diagnose or prescribe. Practitioners/owners of My Inner Journey do not assume any responsibility or liability for the choices the client makes as a result of these services. Practitioners of My Inner Journey are not qualified in counselling, a medical field, legal matters or in financial services. You agree, before making any life changing decisions, to seek advice/services of a professional that is qualified and specialises in the area of your concern.  The QHHT practitioner has the right to decline performing a QHHT session on any client upon the discretion of the practitioner.

21. A QHHT session cannot be performed on people with deaf/hearing impairment, schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder or multiple personality disorder. In these circumstances, a family member or friend can perform a surrogate session for this person. 

22. You acknowledge and accept that original content is the property of My Inner Journey, and protected by copyright. You understand that using this content without permission from the owners of My Inner Journey is a breach of Australian copyright law and you may be prosecuted. The client agrees to the terms and conditions set out by this consent form and certify that the above information is true and correct. 

This website collects and uses personal information only as needed to deliver our products, services, websites and mobile applications, and to communicate with you. Your personal information includes information such as:  Name, Telephone number, Date of birth, Email address, Billing and payment information and other data collected that could directly or indirectly identify you. When booking a Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy Technique (QHHT) Session, the client consents to participate and understand that the services provided by My Inner Journey are intended to enhance relaxation and try to increase communication within body and mind. 

The client understands that these services are not a substitute for medical treatment, medical advice or medications. The client is aware that diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed. The client agrees to continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of their overall health care plan. 

The client understands that participation is voluntary and that they may choose to end their participation at any time. The client understands that they may experience ‘reactions’ after the QHHT session is performed as the energies begin to move and rebalance themselves, such as headache, nausea, fatigue, temporary discomfort, etc. 

The client understands that any information exchanged during the QHHT session is educational in nature and is to be used at their own discretion. The client also understands that any personal information imparted during the QHHT session is strictly confidential in nature and will not be shared with anyone without their written permission. However, if the practitioner deems the client’s life, or others’ lives, is/are in danger, the client consents that the practitioner may contact appropriate legal/medical services and provide required information. The client gives the practitioner consent to use their case history and results without using their name on the website or other platforms for educational purposes. The client understands that only the owners/practitioners from My Inner Journey will have access to information in their file to enhance the client's experience. 

The client understands that by taking this therapy/service, the client is assuming full responsibility for the services and any of its effects after the session. The client holds harmless and non-accountable both the practitioners/owners of My Inner Journey, the information obtained during the session, and the facility/location where the services are provided. 

The purpose of these agreements is to support everyone in our community to feel safe and to help create a relaxing space.
